- Staff very friendly and helpful - offers assistance with anything - Offers free ticket for PAs. - Floor is wooden and pretty even/smooth.

Inaccessibility
- A couple of small steps up to the entrance of the venue (which staff offer to help lift wheelchairs up - they said they have lifted heavy electric wheelchairs in the past!) and then a (rather old and small) lift to take you down to the venue which is in the basement. The lift comes out behind the bar and then you just go around the bar straight onto the dance floor. At this point it is all level access.
