One very small step (most wheelchairs could manage) up before the door, then a slightly rickety platform lift to take you down to the bowling lanes. Inside the venue it is all flat and level access, apart from (ironically) the actual bowling lanes, which are raised up a few steps. So you can go and see the bands play, get to the bar, and access the dance floor, but wheelchair users will find it tricky to get up to the bowling.
